The Coordinated Family Services Program (CFS) at Gateway of Hope Social Services, Inc. provides compassionate, structured support to families and individuals, including those with developmental, physical, or behavioral disabilities. Our mission is to strengthen families by connecting them to essential services, guiding them through challenges, and helping them achieve long-term stability and wellness.
We recognize that every family is unique. CFS brings together caregivers, youth, individuals with disabilities, and service providers to build a unified support plan.
